Susan Sadid moved to Richmond with her family 7 years ago from Northeast Ohio. A graduate of Cleveland State University, with a degree in Marketing/Finance, Susan has worked in healthcare and medical equipment sales and marketing for over 25 years. While in college, she became interested in the growing trend of urban neighborhood revitalization. This led Susan to purchase and restore her first historic property and started her love of real estate development. Susan has held membership in many housing redevelopment and non-profit civic organizations in both Cleveland and Richmond. Enthusiastic about historic properties, the move to Richmond was a natural fit. Susan fell in love with Richmond's rich history, cultural traditions, intriguing neighborhoods, nationally recognized art museums and universities, along with the number of great culinary offerings. With her sales experience, Susan utilizes her knowledge and passion to assist residents new to Richmond and help existing residents find their next dream home. Susan is an active member of the National Association of Realtors, the Richmond Board of Realtors, and presides on the Board of Zoning Appeals for the City of Richmond. She continues to volunteer her time to numerous neighborhood associations and civic organizations. Along with devoting time to her community, she spends time with her husband and three children enjoying the numerous outdoor recreational and cultural venues that Richmond has to offer.
Grateful for the warm welcome and Southern hospitality she and her family received when they moved to Richmond, Susan ensures that new residents are welcomed with not only an easy transition to their new city, but an integration into the fabric of the community.
